Calling a hop bill "enough to fill the Mariana Trench" is the kind of claim that should be embarrassing to make and then not back up. This one backs it up.
Tide To The Oceans is a collaboration with Breakside, one of the U.S. breweries The Establishment credits with redefining and modernizing the West Coast IPA. Built with Mosaic, Peacharine, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Strata Hyperboost at 6.8% ABV, it moves through lemon, orange, pineapple, banana, and raspberry in waves, landing somewhere the brewery describes as one big dank doobie of liquid OG kush with smooth sailing on the finish. Modern West Coast IPA has never had this much fruit crammed into one label.
Available now from The Establishment Brewing Company in Calgary. WCIPA has never tasted so right, according to the people who made it. Hard to argue with the hop bill.
