Delta Beer Lab (Craft Beer & Brewery in Fitchburg WI)

Delta Beer Lab in Fitchburg, Wisconsin is a craft brewery that treats brewing like a public‑service mission. They churn out solid IPAs, dark stouts and surprisingly tart goses, then serve them alongside pizzas and gargantuan pretzels – enough carbs to fuel a small army. The real charm lies in the atmosphere: shuffleboard, darts and a well‑stocked board‑game shelf turn a simple drink‑stop into a proper hang‑out (the founders (who spent years in community kitchens) wanted a space where anyone could feel at home).

Beyond the froth, Delta is serious about giving back. Since 2019 they have handed over more than $220,000 to local charities and pledge 1 % of every pint toward environmental, equality and sustainability projects. Their taproom regularly hosts nonprofit events and even concocts its own line of quirky sodas, proving that creativity isn’t confined to the brewhouse. Friendly bartenders keep the service smooth while the themed décor adds a dash of flair. In short, Delta Beer Lab mixes top‑notch craftsmanship with a genuine drive to make the world a bit better, one well‑served glass at a time.
