Our stories are rooted in the journey of Co-Founders Ali and Jon Hovan, whose passion for craft beer led them from Denver's bustling craft scene back to their Ohio hometown. Our doors opened in January 2017, revealing a spacious taproom and a brewhouse filled with character. Every pint poured reflects Jon's meticulous brewing craft, while our menu serves up wood-fired pizzas crafted with fresh, local ingredients. From Gorge’s Blonde Ale to Bossy Lady IPA, each drink tells a story. Our community-focused, the space comes alive with the help of friends & family-just like the original build.
