Ever see a beer called Too Many Mushrooms and brace yourself a little? Fair reaction. Turns out there isn't a mushroom anywhere near this one.
It's HiHO's New Zealand-style Hazy IPA, heavily dry-hopped with Motueka, Rakau, and Riwaka at 6.8% ABV, landing on stone fruit, citrus, and kumquat with a pleasant mouthfeel to carry it. The name's just a bit of fun at the brewery's expense, and the beer underneath it is doing something a lot more straightforward: New Zealand hops doing exactly what New Zealand hops do best.
Fresh on draft now at HiHO's Cuyahoga Falls taproom, with 4-packs available to go. Worth grabbing one before the name scares off the wrong crowd.
