Vanilla Pumpkin Cream Ale Is the Restrained One of the Three

O'so Brewing rounds out its returning pumpkin lineup with Vanilla Pumpkin Cream Ale, the lightest of the three, finished with a touch of vanilla rather than a heavier dessert profile.

Rounding out O'so Brewing Company's fall pumpkin lineup is Vanilla Pumpkin Cream Ale, the lightest of the three returning seasonals now pouring at the Plover, Wisconsin taphouse. Where the brewery's cheesecake lager and salted caramel porter lean into heavier dessert flavors, this one stays smoother, with a touch of vanilla rounding out the pumpkin character.

Cream ale is a naturally light, clean base to begin with, so pairing it with pumpkin and a restrained vanilla addition rather than a full dessert-style flavor stack keeps this release positioned as the easy-drinking option next to its two richer lineup-mates. It's on tap and in cans now alongside Pumpkin Cheesecake Lager and Salted Caramel Pumpkin Porter. O'so says a significant share of this year's pumpkin beer has already moved out to distribution accounts, so the taphouse supply won't last indefinitely.

Vanilla Pumpkin Cream Ale is available now on tap and in cans at O'so's Plover taphouse while supplies last.
