Bon Air Returns Six Years On as the Fifth Neighborhood Beer

East End Brewing has brought back Bon Air, a blackberry and lemon gose at 4.5 percent ABV first released in June 2020 and now returning as part of the brewery's Neighborhood Beers lineup.

East End Brewing has brought back Bon Air, a blackberry and lemon gose at 4.5% ABV originally released in June 2020. The brewery says it is the fifth of ten returning beers in its Neighborhood Beers series, which is named for Pittsburgh neighborhoods.

According to the brewery, Bon Air pours a purple hue and is loaded with real blackberry and lemon for a fruit-forward, tart, and refreshing profile. The gose style is built around a light sourness and a touch of salt, and East End's description suggests the fruit additions are meant to be the dominant flavor rather than a background note.

Bon Air is available now in cans at the Larimer and Mt. Lebanon locations, with draft expected soon.
