Name: Fresh Hop Finish Line
Start: 2026-10-09
Location: Threshold Brewing & Blending

The moment you walk into Threshold you’re hit by a daring mix of Polish tradition and Pacific‑Northwest inventiveness. Their line‑up reads like a brag sheet for serious brewers: punchy IPAs that could wake a hibernating bear, soured curiosities that dance on the palate, and barrel‑aged stouts that linger longer than a politician’s promise. Baltic porters and dark lagers add a shadowy depth, while an exclusive Polish Mulled Beer shows the founder’s heritage hasn’t been left at the baggage claim. (The brewery’s creator spent years mastering recipes back home before deciding Portland needed a taste of Kraków.)

Food follows the same principle: hearty pierogis and zapiekanka sit proudly beside the taps, proving that a good brew deserves an equally respectable bite. Outdoor tables invite the community to linger, and the schedule of events keeps the atmosphere lively without ever feeling forced. Staff are eager to explain the subtleties of a sour versus a stout, and the whole venue shines with a cleanliness that would satisfy even the most fastidious health inspector. In short, Threshold delivers bold craftsmanship with a warm, unmistakable Polish flair.
