Block 15 Brewing Co. (Craft Beer & Brewery in Corvallis OR)

Block 15 Brewing Co. sits in the bustling core of Corvallis, Oregon, and treats you to a menu that feels like a love‑letter to the Pacific Northwest. The Downtown Pub serves dishes built on locally sourced ingredients – think hand‑smoked pork from Carlton Farms, pastas that could make a traditional Italian weep, and a schnitzel that’s crisp enough to rival any fancy restaurant. Even the sides get a nod to heritage, with German‑style potato salad and in‑house ketchup and fry sauce that could easily become a cult favorite.

Weekly specials keep the experience fresh: Mac & Cheese Mondays turn a humble comfort food into a buttery masterpiece, while BBQ Thursdays showcase smoky, slow‑cooked delights that justify the hype. For the softer palate, a strawberry lemonade (occasionally brightened with a splash of coconut milk) offers a refreshing counterpoint to the richer fare. The beer list mirrors the kitchen’s ambition, rotating seasonal brews that capture Oregon’s hop‑loving soul without ever feeling pretentious. All of this comes together in a warm, unpretentious atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home, whether you’re a local regular or a curious traveller.
