(405) Brewing Co., LLC (Craft Beer & Brewery in Norman OK)

405 Brewing Co., LLC in Norman, Oklahoma is the sort of place where a beer‑maker treats a hop like a paintbrush. The project brewery lives for experimentation, cranking out boundary‑pushing brews that make the average pint look dull. Their lineup changes as often as a fashion runway, with standout creations such as a pickle‑infused lager that somehow feels both daring and oddly comforting, and live‑culture sours that burst with the kind of complexity usually reserved for fine cheese.

Events are a big part of the allure – the annual 4/05 Day turns the taproom into a celebration of the very date the brewery was born, while a festival devoted to mixed‑fermentation sours lets you taste the wild side of yeast. Inside, the taproom is laid‑back yet lively, offering exclusive drafts, trivia nights, and beer‑to‑go for those who can’t wait to get home (the owner’s grin says it all). It’s clear that a genuine passion for craft permeates everything, making 405 Brewing a must‑visit for anyone who appreciates creativity served in a frothy glass.
