Name: U.S. Stein Hoisting Association State Championship Finals
Start: 2026-10-17
Location: Shovel Town Brewery

Shovel Town Brewery in Easton, Massachusetts, is a place where the décor feels like a modern art gallery that accidentally discovered a love affair with comfortable chairs. The seating area draws the eye—bright, unconventional, and just the right amount of quirky to make you feel you’ve stepped into a stylish loft rather than a typical taproom.

The beer list is where Shovel Town truly shines. An impressive array of styles sits side‑by‑side, each one crafted with a seriousness that would make a sommelier blush. From hop‑packed IPAs that punch you in the palate to smooth, malty stouts that linger like a good joke, there’s a brew for every mood. The flatbread pizzas deserve their own fan club; thin, crisp, and topped with ingredients that prove simple food can be spectacular when handled by skilled hands.

Even at peak hours the bartenders remain cheerfully efficient, flashing a grin while juggling orders without breaking a sweat (they’ve clearly mastered the art of multitasking). And if you happen to be there on a music‑bingo night, expect a lively crowd, infectious tunes, and a game that feels less like a contest and more like a communal celebration. All in all, Shovel Town offers a perfect blend of visual flair, top‑notch brews, and genuinely friendly service.
