Hot Dog Pop Up

Max is back on the patio for his yearly hot dog pop up, which will open at noon on July 1st with a selection of specialty dogs available from 2 p.m. The menu includes the Francheezie (cheese-stuffed, bacon-wrapped all-beef dog with mustard, onion, relish, tomato, sport peppers and celery salt on a poppy seed bun), the Cobb Dogg (sauce gribiche, bacon-blue cheese-avocado dressing, iceberg lettuce and tomato confit), the Banh Mi Dog (pate, candied jalapeño mayo, cucumber, carrot and herbs), the Chili-Cheese Dog (Coney Island chili, cheese sauce and white onion), the Rangoon Dog (sweet chili Philly, Crab salad, scallions and wonton hickory sticks), and the Hot Dog Salad (a bun-free dog with all toppings served in a box). All hot dogs are accompanied by a side of Green Goddess-bound salad. Beer specials are available for the day as well.
