Twin Elephant Brewing Company's latest weekly release is Baeliner Weisse, a Berliner Weisse conditioned on passionfruit and raspberry at 4% ABV.
The Chatham, New Jersey brewery keeps a rotating weekly release slot, and this entry sticks to the traditional low-ABV, high-tartness profile the style is known for, with the fruit additions doing the work of brightening what would otherwise be a fairly austere sour base.
Baeliner Weisse is available this weekend at Twin Elephant's taproom.
