Flame to Flight

Not every beer collaboration starts with a glassblowing torch. This one did, built around native birds and made with local ingredients, and it's got the artwork to prove it.

It's been a long week of watching other people's collabs feel a little phoned in. Not this one.

Post & Beam teamed up with Peterborough glass artist Jocelyn Brown on a project built around one theme: native birds. To match the intricacy of her glasswork, they built a NEIPA using all local ingredients, and the result is Flame to Flight, a 6.1% ABV local NEIPA in 16oz pours.

This Sunday, Jocelyn will be in the taproom from 12:00 to 2:00 giving a live torch demonstration of how she creates her glass pieces, right alongside the first pours of the beer they inspired. It's a nice pairing, watching the process that made the art while drinking the beer that answered it.

Come by Sunday between 12 and 2 if you want to see both halves of this one in person.
