Prodigy Brewing Co. occupies a beautifully repurposed historic downtown building in Logan, Utah, and manages to make you forget it was once a bank. Every glass bears an award‑winning pedigree (earned after a gruelling taste‑test marathon). The Black Serenade Coconut Porter blends dark chocolate with toasted coconut in a midnight‑smooth serenade, while the IPL Pink Boots offers a buttery hop bite wrapped in a cheeky pink hue that could coax a grin from the most serious sipper.
