Frankenboltzzzz Brewing Co. (Craft Beer & Brewery in Montgomery TX)

Frankenboltzzzz Brewing Co. in Montgomery, Texas is a brewpub that takes the idea of “Beer is Life! Drink Local” seriously, without taking itself too seriously. The tap list is a carnival of flavours – solid, dependable IPAs sit side‑by‑side with daring stouts and rotating seasonal specials, while the flagship “Hefe ain’t Weiss Heffeweissen” and the terrifyingly good “Hotheaded Ghost Chili Porter” prove the team can be both clever and bold.

The operation is run by an owner‑lead brewer whose enthusiasm for craft is contagious (the staff mirror that zeal, serving guests with a grin and never missing a chance to welcome a four‑legged patron). The venue is family‑friendly and pet‑friendly, offering a relaxed atmosphere where glitter‑infused beers sparkle as much as the conversation. Local Texas breweries, wineries and meaderies get a shout‑out on the menu, reinforcing the pub’s commitment to community.

In short, Frankenboltzzzz delivers thoughtful, high‑quality brews in a setting that feels like a neighbor’s living room – except the neighbour brews world‑class beer and the couch is replaced by bar stools that invite you to stay awhile.
