Name: Austin Pride's Big Gay Drag Brunch
Start: 2026-10-11
Location: The Brewtorium Brewery & Kitchen

Brewtorium Brewery & Kitchen in Austin, Texas feels like the place where a sensible bloke and a mad scientist finally agree on what a good ale should be. The beer list is a parade of diverse, off‑the‑wall styles that somehow all taste right – from hop‑jacked IPAs to malt‑rich stouts that could coax a smile from a stone‑cold accountant. The staff, who clearly enjoy the job, zip you a pint faster than you can finish the menu, and they do it with a grin that suggests they’re not afraid of a little hard work.

The kitchen backs up the brewing ambition with a menu that actually respects dietary quirks, offering quinoa‑based dishes alongside the classic bar snacks you expect. Parking is a relief in a city that loves to jam cars together – a spacious lot plus easy street spots keep you out of traffic. The patio welcomes dogs and gives them room to stretch, so you can sip your craft without worrying about a crowd of over‑enthusiastic pups (the founders, who’ve been brewing together for years, made sure of that). All in all, Brewtorium delivers quality, character, and a genuinely friendly vibe without any pretense.
