Pile O' Bones Brewing Company (Craft Beer & Brewery in Regina SK)

Pile O' Bones Brewing Company in Regina, Saskatchewan, is the kind of place that makes you wonder why every other brewery seems content to serve beer in a sterile, glass‑only environment. Here, the hops are taken seriously, the malts are handled with kid‑glove respect, and the result is a line‑up of brews that could convince even the most skeptical palate that good beer is still a thing.

The tour is the obvious starting point (the guides are so enthusiastic they could have been recruited for a live‑action history channel). After a proper look at the copper kettles, visitors are ushered out to the patio, where electric bug zappers keep the insects at bay while you savor the menu. The pub fare is anything but ordinary: think dishes that look like they were plated by a Michelin‑star chef, yet are hearty enough to satisfy a hungry biker after a long ride. For the youngsters, or anyone with a nostalgic streak, the pinball machines provide a noisy backdrop that makes the whole experience feel like a carnival for adults.

In short, Pile O' Bones blends solid craftsmanship with a dash of whimsy, delivering beer and food that are both impressive and thoroughly enjoyable.
