Side Launch Brewing sits on Sovereign Rd in London, Ontario, and manages to pull off what many craft outfits only dream of: a menu that feels both reverent and rebelliously fresh. The Shake Lager is as crisp as a cold morning after a marathon, while the Bangarang Vodka Seltzers bring a fizz that could make a carbonated waterfall look tame. Prices stay delightfully reasonable, and the staff greet you with the sort of warm professionalism that makes you suspect they were trained in the art of hospitality, not just beer‑pouring.

Beyond the glass, the brewery throws regular pop‑up patio parties where live music turns the outdoor space into a festive, dog‑friendly arena (yes, even your mutt can join the revelry). The crew are clearly well‑versed in hop chemistry and know exactly how to guide a newcomer through the flavor maze without sounding like they’ve written a thesaurus. An eagerly awaited taproom is set to open soon, promising a behind‑the‑scenes look at how the magic happens. In short, Side Launch offers a playful yet meticulously crafted drinking experience that rewards both the casual sipper and the die‑hard craft connoisseur.
