Fixed Gear Brewing Co. Tasting Room & Beer Store (Craft Beer & Brewery in Guelph ON)

Fixed Gear Brewing Co. in Guelph, Ontario, is a tidy little operation that knows how to treat a pint. Their tasting room doubles as a beer store, so you can sample a dram and then cart off a six‑pack without any fuss. The patio is a perfect spot for a lazy afternoon, and the atmosphere is as welcoming as a good pub quiz (the founders, long‑time mates, have clearly done their homework).

Pet owners will smile at the dog bowls scattered around, and families won’t feel left out thanks to a handy baby‑change table. The beer list is anything but boring – from crisp lagers to daring sours, each brew shows a genuine respect for craft and flavour. If you’re looking for a venue, the space transforms into an intimate, colour‑burst wedding setting where service never misses a beat.

All in all, Fixed Gear blends a relaxed vibe with serious brewing skill, making it a must‑visit for anyone who enjoys a well‑made beer without the pretentious fluff.
