MAD Brewing Company (Craft Beer & Brewery in Medina OH)

MAD Brewing Company in Medina, Ohio is a haven for anyone who thinks a pint should have more personality than a politician’s speech. Their motto, “Make A Difference,” isn’t just a feel‑good slogan – it’s a genuine pledge to push craft forward while still respecting the time‑honoured rituals of brewing.

The line‑up reads like a small museum of good taste: the sweet, malty Dirndl feels like a hug from a grandmother who knows her hops, while the Saison Du Plaisir wakes you up faster than a double espresso (in a very respectable way). If you fancy something darker, the Fruity Belgian Dubbel delivers ripe fruit notes without trying to be pretentious, and the Cloud 9 Wheat puts an American spin on a classic, ending each sip with a smile.

Beyond the beer, MAD has cleverly fused a brewery with an arcade, so you can rack up points on a pinball machine while your glass refills. A modest menu includes quirky bites such as the Barbie shot (yes, it’s as delightful as it sounds). The venue is wheelchair‑accessible, boasts spotless restrooms, and offers both bar‑side stools and high tables for any crowd size. In short, MAD serves up quality craft with a wink and a smile – a rare combo that’s hard to beat.
