Fulton Chain Craft Brewery in Old Forge, NewâŻYork, is a spacious operation that lets you choose between a sunny patio and a cozy indoor lounge without feeling like youâve been squeezed into a tiny cellar. The beer list reads like a cheatâsheet for curious palates: each brew carries a twistâthink citrusâkissed ales, peppery stouts and fruity lagers that make you wonder why anyone would settle for ordinary. The kitchen backs up the pours with pretzels that are crisp enough to crack a smile and a dipping sauce thatâs practically a condiment masterpiece, while the chicken and burgers arrive wellâseasoned and juicy enough to rival a steakâhouse offering.
When the sun sets, the place transforms into a modest stage for the beloved weekly karaoke night, where even the most reluctant singers find themselves belting out classics (the staff even join in). The vibe remains relaxed yet purposeful, a reminder that good beer, solid food and a touch of fun can turn a simple outing into something worth remembering.
Fulton Chain Craft Brewery is praised for its excellent service, tasty beers, and well-prepared food, particularly wings and burgers. The brewery's atmosphere, with ample parking and seating options, makes it an ideal spot for large groups.
