Name: Blue Barn Halloween Hours
Start: 2026-10-31
Location: Blue Barn Cidery

Blue Barn Cidery in Hilton, New York is a sanctuary where apples are treated like royalty and turned into hard ciders that never bother with artificial gimmicks. The only fruit that ever touches the fermenter is home‑grown, hand‑picked from the adjoining orchard, which guarantees a purity you can actually taste. The result is a line‑up of ciders that feel honest enough to be invited to a dinner party and confident enough to steal the conversation.

The menu reads like a quirky grocery list – think classic dry, honey‑kissed blush, and a peppery winter spice that could make a seasoned bartender weep with envy. Toppings range from candied ginger to toasted oak chips, and the souvenir shop sells mugs and T‑shirts that won’t bankrupt you. The outdoor patio is dog‑friendly, so your four‑legged mate can share the experience, and seasonal releases appear like surprise guests at a well‑planned soirée.

Beyond the drinks, the cidery runs brunches, art workshops, flower‑arranging classes and even themed treasure hunts, all designed to stitch a community together as tightly as a well‑sealed barrel (the founders, who had worked together for years, wanted something more than just a product).
