Name: Beers with Santa and The Grinch
Start: 2026-12-12
Location: Hopkins Farm Brewery

Hopkins Farm Brewery sits on a century‑old family farm just outside Havre De Grace, Maryland, where the soil is as serious about barley as the owners are about a good laugh. The taproom, a clever mash‑up of reclaimed barn wood and solid stone, feels like you’ve stepped into a farmer’s shed that somehow knows its way around a tasting glass. (The founders have been tending this land for generations) and they’ve turned that know‑how into beers that can coax a smile from the most stoic of drinkers.

The venue isn’t just about draught; it’s a community hub that hosts charity drives, comedy nights and any excuse to gather under the pavilion or its surrounding tents. With a lineup that spans crisp ciders, bold ales and a few “hard sellers” that make you wonder why they ever left the farm, there’s a brew for every palate. Add in the sweeping vistas that turn a sunset sip into a mini‑vacation, and you’ve got a place where quality craftsmanship and a dash of cheeky humour are served in equal measure.
