Name: Halloween Party
Start: 2026-10-31
Location: 515 Brewing Company

515 Brewing Company in Clive, Iowa is the sort of place that makes you wonder whether anyone ever bothered to brew anything decent before they showed up. Situated beside the Clive Greenbelt Trail, the brewery runs a modest seven‑barrel system yet somehow cranks out a catalogue of more than 150 recipes—enough to satisfy a purist, a thrill‑seeker, and the indecisive lot who can’t pick a single style. Their relentless tinkering has already bagged two Great American Beer Festival medals, proof that the team doesn’t just chase novelty for novelty’s sake but actually knows a thing or two about balance and flavor.

Step inside the taproom and you’ll be greeted by weathered charm that feels less “industrial chic” and more “someone finally decided the basement was worth opening”. A trailside patio invites you to sip a crisp pale ale or a brooding porter while the world drifts by, and a quietly informative board (the only thing that ever pretends to be pretentious here) keeps the conversation flowing as smoothly as the pours. Quiet enough for introverts, lively enough for a good chat—515 proves that good beer and good company don’t need fanfare, just honest craftsmanship.
