Alter Brewing Company (Craft Beer & Brewery in Downers Grove IL)

Alter Brewing Company in Downers Grove, Illinois, is a place where craft beer and community meet like old friends at a pub‑quiz. The taproom boasts more than a dozen taps, constantly cycling through seasonal, handcrafted brews that range from hop‑forward pale ales to rich, barrel‑aged stouts. Beyond the glass, Alter is a hub of activity (the walls are a rotating gallery of local art, and live music fills the air).
