Tactical Brewing Co. (Craft Beer & Brewery in Orlando FL)

Tactical Brewing Co. in Orlando, Florida is a place where sour beer gets the spotlight it deserves, and the spotlight isn’t a pretentious one. Their lineup includes the oddly named “Something Giant,” a tart that punches harder than a box of espresso beans and leaves a clean, refreshing finish that makes you wonder why every brewery doesn’t try it.

The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by an immersive gaming zone packed with old‑school arcade cabinets (the kind you actually have to press a button to start). It’s the perfect antidote to the sterile, selfie‑saturated bars that dominate the scene. While you’re busy scoring a high‑score, the walls showcase can art that looks like it was painted by a graffiti‑loving designer with a proper appreciation for colour and typography—nothing bland or mass‑produced.

Regular events keep the vibe lively: trivia nights that reward brainpower over bar‑stools, and a run club that proves you can sweat on a treadmill and still enjoy a meticulously crafted sour afterward. The brewery also rolls out collaborations that consistently hit the mark, reinforcing the notion that quality and creativity can coexist without a hint of self‑importance.
