Infusion Brewing Company (Craft Beer & Brewery in New Port Richey FL)

Infusion Brewing Company in New Port Richey, Florida, is the sort of place where you can sip a meticulously‑crafted IPA and feel a genuine sense of community without the pretentious fluff. Co‑founders James Bishop and Andy Kernaghan (who spent years swapping home‑brew recipes before deciding to go public) churn out small‑batch wonders—crisp pale ales, buttery wheat beers, and hop‑forward IPAs that could make a seasoned taster nod in approval. Their lineup isn’t limited to local flavors; they import unique brews from across the globe, offering enough sample options to keep even the most indecisive palate occupied.

The taproom is more than a bar; it’s a lively hub where music‑trivia nights clash with yoga sessions, each paired with a perfectly timed pint. Outside, a park‑view patio invites you to lounge while a vintage Pac‑Man arcade and a shelf of board games keep the fun rolling. Whether you’re inside the cosy, timber‑lined lounge or outside under the Florida sun, the atmosphere feels deliberately relaxed, encouraging conversation and camaraderie. In short, Infusion delivers top‑tier craftmanship wrapped in an inviting, community‑focused package—proof that great beer can be both serious business and a good laugh.
