Name: Happy Halloween
Start: 2026-10-31
Location: Solano Brewing Company

Solano Brewing Company in Vacaville, California, is what happens when a 19th‑century tavern gets a modern facelift and a serious love of hops. Revived in 2015, the operation spreads across a 20‑acre plot that feels more like a countryside retreat than a factory, yet every pint still carries that old‑world charm. The beer line‑up is a rotating parade of well‑crafted ales, highlighted by the cheekily named “Never Frozen” – proof that the brewers can be playful without compromising quality.

The site is built for people who enjoy their beer with a side of sunshine. There are outdoor seats, fire pits, and a safe zone where kids can run amok, while dogs are welcomed with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for free samples. Grab a flight to sample the range, or cart off a growler or crowler for later (the latter being a brilliant, resealable vessel for the indecisive). Food trucks pop up regularly, keeping the menu as fresh as the brews. A separate Malt House ensures the grains are treated with the same reverence as the finished product, anchoring the brewery firmly to its local roots while looking confidently ahead.
