Name: Bayou Bites
Start: 2026-10-04
Location: Night Parade Brewing Company

Night Parade Brewing Company punches above its weight in San Diego, marrying Southern hospitality with a no‑nonsense California swagger. Their lineup reads like a masterclass in balance: from the silky, award‑winning ‘Yokai’ Dark Rice Lager that whispers of distant rice paddies, to a rotating cast of base beers and BBA’s that can satisfy both hop‑hungry purists and those who prefer their malt mellow. The brewers (who spent years perfecting their craft before this venture) blend tradition with imagination, turning a simple pint into something worth bragging about.

The fun doesn’t stop at the tap. Sunset Trivia invites you to test your knowledge as the sun dips, while ‘Comedy On Tap’ nights prove that a good laugh pairs perfectly with a great ale. Dog owners rejoice: the venue is genuinely dog‑friendly, and a private patio offers a quiet corner for those who prefer to sip in peace. If you’re feeling adventurous, try one of the specialty coffee‑infused cream ales—proof that the team can juggle espresso and hops without breaking a sweat. In short, Night Parade serves up quality, creativity, and a dash of Southern charm, all wrapped in a distinctly Californian package.
