DDH Pillow is Highland Park's Hazy DIPA loaded with Mosaic and Citra, delivering mango, tropical fruit, and bright guava on a beer that's picked up three separate Great American Beer Festival Gold Winner nods. A pillow-soft name on an 8% double dry-hopped double IPA is either a joke or a warning label, and at this point it's probably both.
