Untold Brewing made a beer called A Bit Of Clarity back in the fall of 2020. Brilliantly clear, hoppy, West Coast in spirit. It did what it needed to do.
Now there's Itty Bit Of Clarity, which is exactly what it sounds like: a small IPA at 4.7% ABV, brewed with Idaho 7, Azacca, Simcoe, and Comet hops. Same big citrusy aromas and flavors as the original, just carried by a lighter frame. Shrinking a beer down without losing what made it worth drinking in the first place is a harder trick than it sounds.
Untold operates out of Scituate, Massachusetts, a coastal town that seems like exactly the sort of place a 4.7% IPA belongs, something you can have on a dock without the rest of the afternoon getting complicated.
Available now in cans.
Smaller name. Smaller number. Same clarity.
